I Book a seat for which I reconfirm from them around 6:00p.m. I was supposed to travel at 10:30 p.m when I reached bus stand at 10:00p.m I come to know bus is cancelled. No information to the passengers given. And the concern person wth whom I booked my seat is not answering calls.
What a service I must say. The driver that I was provided along with the car for our journey was a great guide too. He almost solved all our problems for the trip planning. Just superb experience
