Up on the top the view opens up to all of the Appennini Mountain range, and both the lake of Turano and lake del Salto are to be seen. Beautiful

The afternoon hike to Mirendella from Ascrea on trail 334 is stunning, because of the continuous views across to M. Cervia. Use boots only. I watched someone in trainers sliding precariously.
