Excellent place for a long lunch. The asador is located in the city centre, minutes away from the train station. It offers typical Spanish food from the region of Castilla y León- morcilla, a variety of hams, roasted lamb, and many other dishes. Ideal for those wanting to enjoy a hearty, traditional meal. The wine selection is excellent. Make sure to leave room for dessert. They offer gluten free options and adapt to other food allergies.

Very authentic place to eat typical meat dishes. Be prepared for pork and typical spanish meat. I missed nire variety . Iberian ham, house white and puding was was delicious.

History abounds. The place has been open forever, as in centuries. Classical waitstaff. Food is very good.

Food was good. Servers were nice and professionals.. But the head server, probably chef de service, was very rude.. Excellent way to ruin en evening.
