Excellent location and attention, there are just few things I would recommend to improve this restaurant (I hope the owners don't get offended and take my criticism in a good way). 1st some kind of ventilation on the outside, since the hot can get pretty intense and humidity in this town is well known, and 2nd the quantity of the waiters, don't get me wrong, the attention is outstanding, but as anything in this life it can be improved, in this case the quality of the personnel is superb but the quantity is a little lower than it should be and sometimes it is hard for them to be all around the place. The whole experience was great and the food was excellent!

Probably the best paella I have ever ate. If you are thinking where to go think no more. The terrace and the view add even more charm. The taste of paella with seafood and meat was fantastic. Definitely will visit this place over and over again.

The one star is for our awesome server Jose. Called the previous day to make a reservation for two on the terrace. I asked to make a reservation and was hung up on and when I called again they said it was an accident. The next day when we were parking we called to confirm the time for our reservation and was told they didn’t have a time just our name but that we could come at 2:30, which was 15 min later than our reservation. When we arrived the place was a total chaos with the staff running around confused and unorganized. Was given a table inside when I specifically made a reservation outside. Waited 30 min to be seated in the terrace area but still inside. Lastly, the food was absolutely horrible. Very plain, without flavor and boring. Our server was amazing though. They should train the staff to be more like him, very friendly and accommodating. I wouldn’t come here again or recommend this place. If I knew, I would have gone to one of the other 50 restaurants serving paella on a Sunday.

Very large paella restaurant, which fills up very quickly, with own parking (itself a blessing to find in Palmar) and delicious paellas. Which are served considerably quickly. My favourite was the exceptional view of the albufera and the dugouts passing by. Well worth a visit!
