Efficient and very informative as well. Only had to wait 2 days for them to come out, which was fantastic. On top of all this, the technician was super gentle about removing and releasing the unlucky bird that was trapped in the kitchen vent. Thanks so much again!
A copperhead snake got into my house through an open door at 10:30 at night. I'm not afraid of snakes but was so concerned for my pets I left for the night. I called VWR at 7:00 in morning and they had someone at my house by 8:00. The agent, Cliff, was very knowledgeable about snakes and found the snake within a few minutes. Cliff then sprayed a repellent around the house to prevent future invasions. Cliff was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to explain snake behavior. Anyone can call this company with the confidence that the problem will be solved quickly.
I Honestly cannot express my gratitude and satisfaction with the services I received from Mike and Earl. I had a skunk den in my front porch and called another company that came out trapped for a week and caught nothing. I was billed a lot of money and still had the skunk issue. The skunk issue was so bad that I had a horrible odor in my house. we usually experienced the odor in the middle of the night and could not go back to sleep. I called Michael Arrington the owner of VA Wildlife Removal who was customer friendly from the moment we spoke to the time the solved my problem. Basically, I paid to have trapping done for a week and by the way, their price is more reasonable for the job and they are good for the money they charge you. Long story short, they stuck with me for there weeks and caught a total of 7 skunks, YES 7 SKUNKS!!. every single time I called them to come and pick up the trap, Earl came out and set up another. never did they get upset or tired it was taking longer than expected. Finally, they have gotten rid of my issue and my hole was sealed by them with Concrete to avoid any issues like this in the near future. of course, that was an additional cost, which I was happy to pay. 5 weeks into this issue and 3 weeks with VA Wildlife removal, safe to say I am rid of my skunk issue and my wife is happy. happy wife happy life!!!! hire these guys and I guarantee you will not regret your decision.
