Today, I didn't want to write this but I didn't like the service at all giving it a 1 star, it was terrible becoz they didn't let us go to self-service for ourselves instead this man trying to help us but we didn't ask for help from a staff. We were trying to pay our bill from self-service machine but this man(staff) didn't let us to do it ourselves but told us show the card to him so we can pay the bill but then the man(staff) says no to us, that we can't do on self-service machine instead the man(staff) tell us we have come back to go the checkout till where staff will service us when it 2pm but we(which it was me and my mum) DIDN'T want to come back to 2pm, we want to do it OURSELVES on the self-service since we know the card doesn't work, we could have just punch in the numbers on the card so we can pay the bill but this stupid staff doesn't know how to work the self-service machine at all and we NEVER ask for help. All we want to do it OURSELVES!

Went today, Saturday 2nd Jan, having checked on Thursday that it would be open, with 6 heavy parcels. \Greeted\ by a member of staff informing me that it was only possible to pay bills. When I said I had just walked 15 mins with these 2 heavy bags, he replied \that's not my problem\. Says it all really......I wanted to review with no stars, but that's not possible.
Worst place ever. I went last week to return an item and was met with such hostility. I went and paid for a cardboard box in order to put my items in for a return and came in a day later to post my items. I told the man at the desk who was helping that I needed to send something back to amazon. (Asian man - didn’t catch his name) he asks me if I’ve paid for the box. It’s very clearly sealed with sellotape and been used. I replied with “yes” and I get met with an “are you sure?” I looked at him in disbelief and if I didn’t have a mask on, I would’ve given him the dirtiest look. Teach your staff some basic home training!! How to treat others and the meaning of good customer service. Ridiculous!
Great shop. The service is very fast and friendly. It has a nice layout and it has many tools available to resolve any mail related tasks that you may have.
Went to put some money in to my bank because my banks atm’s weren’t working when I got there and bear in mind this was before Santander had opened and the staff said to “go to the bank and do it” very rude, never using this post office again
