Useless... first of all their information is outdated. Crouse Hospital of Syracuse, NY has not done a detox since 2015 and no longer offer this service. The referrals to Helio Health are only applicable IF you have no other health issues. Basically the nurse LISA treats you as if you are lying even when a simple phone call can prove your information correct. They don’t care about you as a human being, all you are to them is another junkie that can be part of the revolving door of payments that keeps their checks rolling in. Worst experience of my life. I would not refer anyone to them.

The staff is great and seem to actually care about your well being. I recommend this place to anyone that needs help. Call them immediately and just know that we are never too far gone and can always be better to ourselves

I put myself in residential to start learning how to not do things my way. I do not regret one day I spent there. I must say tho that the place is very unorganized The facilitators employed there are very uprofessional and out of character. They do nothing to make you feel comfortablecomfortable in fact most of them do the exact opposite. The residential director is by no means good at her job. She never does what she says she will do. She will agree with you just to shut you up. It took me 2 months for me to get my treatment plan which i played no part in creating. While there I worked with counselor Marcey Gromling who was very knowledgeable and caring In fact she practically carried me through my first two month's . Marcey is an asset to struggling adicts and should be acknowledged. I am also diabetic and they do not give you healthy food. They tell you they don't have enough in their budget to accommodate you. They would have extra money if they didn't feed there day treatment people with the food stamp's they get to feed the residential client's.

Overall, it is a very nice place to go for outpatient treatment. I cannot speak to their inpatient services, as I have only been there for outpatient. The only problem is they seem very disorganized, the staff has said I haven't had an appointment when I had the paperwork to prove I did a couple of times, and on the same days they did it to me, there were several other patients it happened to. Also, they have forgotten to call in my prescription twice and forgotten my s/o's prescription 3 times, which was very inconvenient because we both go in on Fridays, so had to wait until Monday for our meds...

The facility is a long-term residential rehab for struggling addicts to help achieve sobriety, but also has Day Rehab Outpatient 5 days a week (Monday-Friday) and less intensive Outpatient clinic. Day Rehab groups run from 9 AM to 1:15 PM with an hour long lunch break. They have a Suboxone and Psych doctor that comes in after 1 p.m. on Thursdays for the Day Rehab program. If you think you have a drug or alcohol problem, this is a decent place to go. The staff is friendly.
