Thank you so much for the UCPA Officers- they always look out for us and our patients' who need their medications. Sometimes our patients' need to park on the other side of the street quickly to run in and get their medications. The officers are typically fair and will ask before ticketing as they know patients' need their medications. Special, shout out to Johanny, always fair and caring! Thanks again!

I want to start by saying that this is not the first time this has happened to me. The same story that repeats itself but nobody publishes it. People prefer to pay the ticket even if it is unfair before losing a whole day in court. I paid my parking with Parkmobile app in Union City, 37 street, if you look the picture you will see that at 12:17 they put me a ticket but at the same time i paid with the app. I went there like the others 10 times to fix that because it's obvious that I paid that minute in which they put my ticket. They do not care about your explanation, even when they tell you that you are right, after that, they tell you ,\I will not fix that ticket for you and if you want to fix it you have to go to the court\. I don't understand how people could be that bad. These types of offices do not do anything to help the community, what they do is abuse people, make them lose time and spend money unfairly.

Staff was extremely helpful!! Even though I wasn't able to present all my documents to get a residential permit immediately, they were patient with me, showed me solutions to get all the documentation, and even showed me instructions to fight any tickets I had received!! Very happy with UCPA :)

While I know this is a much hated place, I have been using the Parking Authority for about 12 years now. There has been many improvements. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a night and day difference from when I first started going there. I would normally never write a review for this, however I had to check the time of operation and saw all the 1 star reviews. Perhaps many years ago this was well deserved but it is not the case today.
