I typically don’t file complaints nor write reviews but I’m highly upset with a recent order I made. I ordered a steak well done for delivery and when it arrived it was cold and still red on the inside- the blood was still dripping. I called them to file a complaint and they said that I had to take it back to the restaurant and they’d recook it. That’s a pretty ridiculous policy especially when the customer has pictures indicating they messed up. I was later told by another family member that the same thing happened to them. I’ve been eating at Juana & Gloria for the longest as this is a staple in Union City but the quality of food and customer service has truly decreased over the years with an obnoxious up charge in their prices!

It’s always a good experience eating at this place. The food is to die for, you will never be disappointed.
Mangu is the best here. Been eating it for years. Fresh, clean and super tasty.. Have to get it eith Egg, Cheese and Sausage though or else your leaving flavor behind.
