Great job by customer care team and finance team in processing refund of our SIM cards (bought for Europe trip that got cancelled due to pandemic). Responses and updates were quick on whatsapp with no requirement for me to follow up. Whole refund process took just 5 days (including weekend). Not looking elsewhere for SIM cards next time I am planning to travel abroad.

And when they realized it couldn't be fixed, they refunded the entire amount. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their service in such difficult times. Very impressed.
