I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone as the instructors are very experienced and very accommodating. The atmosphere is great with everyone being friendly and supportive. I felt very welcomed when I decided to join and the trainers motivate you with every lesson to keep training and progressing. It's a great place to learn martial arts with nice professionals ready to support you anytime. See you on the mat!

This is a real hidden gem, in an accessible area of town. I am planning to use the conditioning classes as a gateway into the more “extreme” classes later on. But can easily say that In the few sessions I’ve attended - both this business and it’s instructors have proven invaluable. I’m not one to normally review or recommend a place but I’ll break a rule and heartily recommend. It’s probably best (as I have done) to reach out to an instructor to discuss your individual needs, because I think this place can offer a whole lot more then a ‘traditional’ gym ever could. 5 stars!
My first impression has left a lasting impression will definitely recommend ultimate athlete to my friends and family . Really is an amazing family - friendly environment. Has helped me build my character and Has taught me a lot about hard work and discipline and above all being a humble person . Keep the good work up !
An amazing place to train. Children are given plenty of hands on opportunities throughout the session and are well attended to by their teacher. Groups are kept small, therefore very organised. Suitable for all, beginner or advanced. Very friendly environment and everyone feels most welcomed from the outset. Priced extremely well for what is provided. Honestly my children are addicted to attending their classes and I couldn’t recommend enough ! Definitely give this place a go ! :)
Great place, very good gym, highly skilled, professional instructors. You have all sorts of classes there, from martial arts to fitness. The gym is well equipped with some gear available to buy right away. It is also female friendly, never felt uncomfortable at the classes despite I train with men there's always friendly atmosphere.
