Words cannot describe how amazing this gift shop is in Twickenham church street!! Tracey always gives exceptional, friendly, fantastic and lovely customer service when I go in! You can buy some lovely pieces, which are handmade ( which I love as you wont find anywhere in Twickenham that does this!) I have brought so much from here, cat stuff, headbands and jewellery!! If you are looking for presents for family or friends, please come here!! You wont be disappointed and Tracey is very helpful and kind!! I will be coming back to purchase some more gifts!!! Thank you so much Tracey, you are amazing and such a lovely person!! I will be back!!!! X X

Item ordered and paid for through webshop was not delivered after 3 weeks. I telephoned Miss Pretty London who blamed the post and assured me they would send a new item. Weeks later nothing has arrived. Repeated telephone calls, emails and facebook messages have been ignored. Requests for refund ignored.
