Service the disabled ramps properly I am a disabled passenger in a wheelchair who needs the ramp to get on the bus. It appears these aree very badly serviced, and probably 10% of the times I catch the bus the ramp does not work probably. Last week, on the 411, the ramp would not retract back ontop the bus, for example. It meant that myself and about 10 other passengers were stuck at the bus stop as it was down so the bus could not move! It is making me nervous to catch the bus. Please London United, service these ramps properly!

Just had a near death experience wirh your Driver No. 108 on Bus 71 today at 5:45pm from Surbiton to Kingston First slams door on my arm as I am entring bus, avoided a head-on-collision on Surbiton High Street by a wisker and then slams on brakes w/o any notice flinging elderly and school child into mid air. This needed to be reported.
