As long as you can follow the rules on confirming check-in, etc. it’s fine. It’s slightly cheaper than the others, the planes are older, but flew fine. The views were beautiful. Our pilot was very friendly. Communication was easy with the office and pilot. Just be sure to follow the check in procedures.
took almost 2 hours to show and when we took off we almost died! The pilot we had was wayyyyy to reckless never ever go here.
My husband, 3 teens and I used Turtle Airways to transfer from the airport to our hotel on Tavewa Island. Everything went great, the staff was friendly, flight was on time and convenient. Would use them again and recommend to a friend.
Avoid this airline. Most expensive boat ride I have ever had. I have been trying to get a refund from them for months and have finally given up. Also, the website is dishonest. They only have one plane and it is not the one on the website.
Use extreme caution. They crash at least one plane a year. The owner and staff are not educated people what so ever. Leaving your bags unattended with staff members is also unwise. This company is well known within the aviation community across the globe. It has a very bad reputation! This company goes through great lengths to remove YouTube videos and pictures of accidents. Do your research! Stay alive!

Similar to other reviewers, we booked a plane transfer months in advance to save time, however the plane never showed up and we missed our flight out of Nadi and had to reschedule at our cost. We were only informed when we called and asked where the plane was since the departure time had passed, and were told there were mechanical problems and we would not be picked up. Had we been informed the plane would not show, we could have booked a boat transfer and still made the flight. Cancelling a flight for safety reasons is understandable, however the poor communication was very disappointing and expensive.
