Great school on the edge of the Sussex countryside. St Marks is the underdog school in Tunbridge Wells, as many people - including us - had it down as second or third choice when applying for primary school. We have had quite a turn around of children in our class for this reason. We had the option to move our daughter in year 2, to go to her brothers school, but decided to keep her at St Marks. Now in year 4, she absolutely loves the school and has had some fabulous teachers. With class sizes of 20 with a teacher AND a TA we would be mad to move her! We are really happy with the way the school is evolving and the progress our daughter is making.

My son attends this school and it is an awesome, very inclusive school. The standard of teaching is fantastic (my wife is a KS1 teacher at another school in Tunbridge Wells). There are so many extra curricular activities for the kids, from sports (even skiing), educational and even additional languages. The parents are also really engaged in the school, the PTA is very active in raising funds for the school. Full (St) Mark's!!!

All four our children go to St Mark's and they love it! The school is well run and the teachers are amazing. The after school clubs are a big hit and include football (with professional football coaches), cross country, archery, badminton, Invasion games, skiing, chess, ukelele etc. Most of these are offered for free and run by the teachers themselves. They really go the extra mile.

Lovely, nurturing school, which is achieving great results for its pupils. Spacious grounds, lots of clubs, very hard working teachers and headteacher. My child is very happy here.
