I wanted to buy a sound bar, which turned out to be out of stock. I decided to call the store and had the pleasure to deal with John. He told me they had stuff on order, but was not sure when it will be delivered. I decided to go ahead anyway, as John was very informative and helpful. The sound bar got delivered straight to my home soon after. I then had to contact the store again, by email this time. John replied, on the same day, on Saturday, and we got the matter sorted! I am glad I ordered my sound bar from this particular store! Thanks again!

Staff are super professional, after many failures of trying to work out turntable set up John quickly worked out that my Chord interconnects were the wrong choice for my turntable, even realigned my cartridge and sourced an anti skate weight. Incredibly knowledgable and gave me loads of incredible advice on my existing hi fi. My next stop for any new hi fi. Expert & local.

I went to Sevenoaks Sound And Vision based on a few recommendations from friends and family and i must say they were outstanding from start to finish. I went for a surround system with their fitter for a hassle free install. I am extremely happy with the final result and can honestly say it is evident SS&V know their field. They were thorough and couldn't do enough to help, understanding my requirements and selling me items suitable making sure I did not have something excessive and all elements of the system are on an even basis that work well together.
