Just because my boyfriend hadn't made a decision, he was followed around the store, with employees radioing each other behind his back to watch him in case he steals something. He spent about 100 in this store for items for two small dogs, Mamas and Blondie. Why was he treated like this?? He was dressed in normal clothes. He was clean. He was behaving like a normal capitalist. There was no intention to take any unpaid items.

Bought an aquatic turtle for a friend's birthday here. The staff was very helpful, were able to answer my questions and set me up with everything I needed to give the little critter a good home setup and a good timeframe to upgrade the size of the tank. They also went above and beyond making sure I knew what the animal and product warranties and guarantees were which I truly appreciated.
Callie in the Aquatics department was extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. I had multiple aquariums I wanted to set up and she was patient and had great advice to make my goals successful. I was also impressed with how well cared for the Aquatics department was. I had visited two other stores (a privately owned store and a corporate chain store) and was not comfortable with how many of the aquariums at the other places had multiple dead fish floating in them and the customer service was not great. I know these are challenging times right now, so it means so much more when someone goes above and beyond to show they appreciate you as a customer.
Did not say I hated this place. I was very disappointed in their quality of service. I wanted my dog cut very short and he did not even looked cut. Hair between pads on feet. Hanging to long on tummy. Will not tell people to use the grooming section.
Allowed to just shop without being bothered by anyone. Browsed the critters without being hassled. Great variety of products.
