I've been to other Berry Divine locations and love coming here. Was excited to see one in Tucson when I was here for a quick visit. I got the Cleanse bowl, my favorite one. Unfortunately this time my bowl wasn't quite the same quality that I've had before. The acai was dark brown, not purple/red. Not as appetizing. The toppings were fresh at least. Kinda disappointed! Update: Like I said, I've had this bowl before. Several times actually. It has never looked like poop. Not sure what they did here but it's not the consistency of the other locations.

So many good options! The bowls were tasty, and much bigger than I expected. Great for breakfast or as a treat. The gluten-free brownies were also amazing!

So badly want to love this place and have given them plenty of attempts because I think their bowls are wonderful. Customer service has always been a huge disappointment. Not sure if it’s just me or if staff is generally unhappy to be there but on multiple occasions have hoped to have a nice experience but have always left feeling lackluster. From being completely forgotten about while 4 people after me got served. Noticing that the person who took my order realized she forgot and told her coworker that she would “figure it out” instead of just asking me what I was waiting on... I went up to the counter to see what was up after waiting in there for what must’ve been 10-15 minutes beyond what I should have to her finally giving me an explanation. To more recently, someone making it seem like I didn’t deserve friendly customer care because I forgot to ask for coconut shavings and she had to rip the bag open after packaging.....not to mention her laughing when I apologized for the inconvenience. I’m just pretty over berry divine at this point and it sucks because their açaí bowls have actually made me feel brilliant. I need better energy going into what I feed my body. Period.

An excellent downtown spot for an acai bowl! I got a large Brazilian bowl, and while it was a lot of food, it was delicious. It would be a good option for two folks to share. They have both bowls and smoothies, and a good mix of varieties and sizes. It could be a little tough for parties of more than 2, as the tables are small, but it's definitely worth a spot in!
