They do not enforce mask use in their office! I am changing because of this. Those with allergies are at risk. CDC currently recommends them, as does all research. There is not excuse for a mother and her 3 kids, who had masks under their chins, not to wear masks. The office said, she are reading to kids, they can hear her if she wears her mask. I felt that the staff should go by CDC and their own posted policy of mask wearing. Because the staff did nothing about it after I complained, I am find another doctor.

Turns out I didn't have ANY allergies. Dr Bartels knew that but did the testing to confirm. He explained vasomotor rhinitis and how I can alleviate my congestion. I enjoyed his office and his expertise.

I have been utilizing Dr. Bartels allergy advise and office services for several years. The staff is accommodating, friendly and professional. Dr. Bartel takes the necessary time to explain his diagnosis and allows more than enough time to answer absolutely any questions one would have. I feel fortunate to have him as my allergist.

Great place to get allergy shots and always friendly staff. Have been getting shots for almost 2 years now and have been treated kindly every single time. Probably trolls that gave the two 1 star reviews.

When calling to make an appointment the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. I've never been treated so badly by someone who works at a doctor office.
