It took 3 attempts for me to successfully collect my amazon parcel as staff didn't know how to operate the machine. There is zero covid security here- staff weren't wearing masks on any of my 3 visits, there didn't appear to be any of the social distancing measures you would expect and they insisted on taking cash for a small transaction where the recommendation is to use contact less wherever possible
