App only works now and then - 'Traveline not responding' Internet version clunky. Changing time almost impossible to get to work.

Not always accurate/up to date but still a useful tool

Unreliable. Incorrect information, contradicting new paper timetable published by bus operator, has been online now for over a week. Still no response from Traveline and no correction after four email messages and a tele call. Customer care is non existent. Edit Traveline responded to my Google review after a couple of weeks and some 4-5 weeks after the initial complaint the website was updated with corrected times.
