They efund\ a ticket with 10 pound cancellation fee even if the ticket cannot be used due to Tier 4 restrictions. And, of course, this is not mentioned in any obvious way in the app.
If I can give no star I would I brought a monthly seasonal ticket from ABBEY WOOD to SUTTON I didn’t know that I didn’t know that not valid via London terminals meaning buses ONLY! I thought it meant something like towards Or near London flight Terminals like Gatwick. To realised that I got the wrong ticket when I was printing it at the station. The staff told me is nothing to do with them so I had to call them no one picked up. On that same minute I got another seasonal ticket to the same destination only just for to and back no underground 179.80 which is what I wanted at the station instead of the app. I was hoping that if I didn’t use my original ticket I would get the full entitlement 120.60. So I got home did the form check it with a staff at London Bridge. Send it off tracked and signed arrive next day the letter said paid 6 at the post office sent it with the original ticket to get a refund of only 55.70 I’m not sure why is that by law I have the rights to my full refund that I did not even use once. I still have photo copy proof of both tickets and receipt. The station lady told me is the same price I paid for at the station so PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
Rubbish company.I ask them refund my money but they did not refund 330 pound because I don’t travel to the uk because of the lockdown but they did not refund my money
