I am absolutely thrilled with my new windows from TradeFrame Northwest. The service was professional from our initial visit to the showroom where there were a range of frames on display and Neil gave us some great advice. The surveyor who visited was very helpful and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised by the low cost quoted for the job which was 5 windows including 2 large bays. Barry was very patient with us as we couldn't decide on the style of windows, providing revised quotes to help us decide. There was absolutely no pressure at all to buy which was so refreshing. Can I also say how great the fitters were- very polite, tidy and did a fantastic job with no damage to our walls. A big thank you to the team.

Excellent service I orderd a door and a window frame just before lock down so just mist my delivery date, so never got the stuff on time. But hay not there fault, they contacted me as soon as they could for me to get my stuff and it was exelent quality. Great place. Cheers lads
Purchased 7 frames and two doors here. The quality and price were unmatched elsewhere. Prices were fantastic. I even made an error in one of my measurements and the team helped me get a replacement in only two days! That’s an unheard of timescale in the industry. If you need windows or doors so visit this supplier I will be using again on my next projects!
