All under one roof ,which helps, but beauty department would benefit from updating their brands a little to attract younger customers.

I want to write a review to say how kind and helpful and efficient the staff were when my friend was feeling unwell and fainted while we were Christmas shopping . The Staff in the womens department were absolutely fantastic, and the security and the resident nurse . I don't normally write reviews but wanted to say thank you so much .

Good place inToulouse for shopping. Historical place similar to Printemps and Lafayette stores in Paris, smaller though. Mainly fashion and perfumes over five storeys. The last 6th floor hosts a good bar with great views on Toulouse. Good to wind down after shopping

Wow an experience to go in to look at the prices alone. All the designer makes, mostly a clothing store but has bags, watches and jewelery in the ground floor

Galeries Lafayette is like Tour Eiffel... Or Tour de France! A symbol of the country of lights. Galeries Lafayette sell high quality goods that you keep for ages, and offer a huge array of anything you need to be a sophisticated person! The huge PLUS of Galeries Lafayette is the unbeatable customer service. Impeccable, helpful, efficient. Probably the closest to US standards you'd see at Macy's for instance.

View from the roof is stunning despite the rain. The lady at the Restaurant entrance ignored us so we found ourselves a table by the window only to be scolded be her after that we should have seen her first. We ordered 2 coffees and waited 15 minutes for them. Usually I don't mind waiting, but not for coffee and certainly not in an almost empty restaurant. I suppose they had to roast the beans first and milk the cow... Shame. Coffee was nice though.

It's a regular Lafayette shopping mall but if you go to the 6th floor, which is the highest, you will have an amazing view of the whole of Toulouse. Also, there is a great hang out lounge where you can chill and have a drink.

Big place with a lot o shops. Most of them are expensive. There are 3 floors os shops. At the last floor you have a coffee/restaurant with an amazing view over the roof tops of Toulouse, that is expensive too. Well it is not the place to buy or do anything if you dont have a good salary. But it is still beautifull with the christmas lights.
