Teruo is a dedicated tatami master. He took his time to explain the difference between materials of the tatami and how to take care of the tatami. Took his time to ensure the measurements are correct and triple check after installation. Follow up in a month to make sure we are satisfied. Will recommend Tabata-Tatami to anyone who is looking for quality tatami.
