This is not a review as i do work here. This is more a reminder to all that because of being in lockdown conditions that our resale shop area is closed until further notice no exceptions. Also that during this time we are unable to assist unloading your vehicles. Recently we have had some very rude customers after we have had to point this out, so i would like to make it clear, we cannot help you unload your vehicle, if we do we risk disciplinary action and possibly the sack from the company. It may not to be everyone's liking but that's the way it is until we are told otherwise, DCC website specifically states that if it takes more than one person to load an item into your vehicle, then you should bring them with you to unload it. I will not tolerate abusive behaviour towards my staff for trying to keep their jobs, we are all tired of these restrictions but there are no excuses for some of the behaviour we have had to witness recently.

Use the facility a few times a year and they are either cheerful, helpful and accommodating or miserable, rude and downright obstinate. It’s worth noting that they accept very little without additional charges, so check the website or you might be in for an unpleasant surprise.

It’s ok here, it’s a tip. They take the things we don’t need; sometimes you have to pay for this service (which is fair enough if you don’t want it in your house). Maybe we should be more careful about what we buy in the first place....? Thanks guys.
