Karen is very professional, friendly, helpful, patient and just great with dogs. I am disabled and on crutches, I never thought I could get my 6yr old dog (lab/collie) to walk beside me without lunging at other dogs but I was taught how to control her behaviour and now she is a pleasure to walk. I have learnt lots from Karen and would highly recommend her.

Our Sprocker Rosie benefitted from the beginners and improvers classes which were friendly and informative. She is now a year old and a real delight- she and I haven't forgotten our training yet!
We're only half way through our ''training sessions'' and already there is such a difference in our dog. Karen has infinite patience and we are very impressed with the service.
