My experience with this location is really beyond my expectation because first of all I went there without any prior appointment and during this pandemic situation I got my document notarized within a few minutes. They are very helpful and efficient with exceptional service. They are taking proper precautions for the pandemic and only allowing one person at a time. I will highly recommend this location to all.

Did ink & roll fingerprint service downtown location. It was quick, precise and knowledgable. HOWEVER, the WEBSITE should have exact details. I was informed fingerprint service is available at Mississauga, North York, Toronto and Ottawa from call centre at first which is not correct. Turned out Missisauga and North York are not providing service currently. I understand it is pandemic and trying to put as less people as possible. But I travelled from the city which is 3 hours away.. it would have been really helpful if red seal didn’t filp flop the information and instead put the details on the website such as ink & roll fingerprint service is not currently availavle in these locations. Thanks.
Fast, efficient, service. I felt very safe, and they had proper COVID protocols and social distancing in place. They even printed a small (2 page) document for me at no charge, even after I offered to pay for it. Highly recommended!
DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE THEY ARE JUST IN IT TO SCAM YOU. Had to get an affidavit signed by myself and my partner. Was told that only I needed to be there for the signing by their recommended lawyer (which means only I'd be witnessed). Trusting the lawyer, a legal professional who should know what is required, I signed and they noted that only I was there so the document was rejected. Which makes sense since both parties weren't witnessed. This, however, is opposite to what I was informed by their council. The company has failed to follow up after messaging them for over a week. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE THEY ARE JUST IN IT TO SCAM YOU.
My experience with this specific location was beyond phenomenal. First and foremost, I walked in without an appointment few minutes before the closing time,and the general manager Blake McClung, was an absolute God sent. I was having trouble with a specific form that I needed notarized, and he went above and beyond, to made sure I left satisfied with the service. Mr. McClung helped me past closing time, and I felt terrible,but that is what good customer service is;making sure your customers leaves happy. Mr. McClung, I truly appreciated your help and would definitely recommend Red Seal Notary on Adelaide St to anyone. You deserve a raise too!Thank you again for being so patient in this trying time. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. Two thumbs all the way up!!!
