Maha's is absolutely amazing! Kicking myself for not going earlier as it is a short drive from my place. It can have long line ups on weekends, so we went on a weekday and even then we had to wait for about a half hour. Definitely worth it though! The food is delicious. We had the Cairo Brunch and the Basturma Scramble, with a side of Hummus & pita. The latte with honey and cardamom was incredible. I'm a coffee aficionado and, aside from being a really well made coffee, the added flavours really elevate it. Prices are fair, and service is exceptional. Highly recommend this place!
Highly favoured by my friends and I, we used to line up to get into Maha’s! Thankfully take out exists so I can eat this tasty Egyptian food from the comfort of my home in pjs! You could say my eyes speak for my stomach, I usually end up leaving with more food than I can eat! My go to is the date grilled cheese :)
Drove a very far distance to get there. I ordered grilled cheese, a chicken dish, and a bean dish. The chicken was beyond stale and tasted horrible. They put way to much salt over a lot of the items including the beans. The grilled cheese with dates was decent. Me and my family wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
All the hype you hear about Maha’s is all TRUE!! I was so happy to wait in line for an hour to try Maha because I was not disappointed at all!! I’ve been to Maha’s twice in total and each time I’ve had an amazing experience, from the food to the customer service, everything was wonderful! The restaurant is in a house (I believe) so seating can something get a little tight BUT it’s so worth it!! Would recommend Maha’s to everyone! A place worth checking out and waiting in line for, trust me!!
