We had nice lunch here. The fish soup is one of their specials. I had the Köttbullar and they were good as well. The only minus was the staff. Although it was not full of people, the staff seemed in total stress.

Cosy and friendly at a good location. Traditional food, good for meat eaters, the vegetarian option that I had was not good but the rest of my family had meat balls and were very happy. A bit slow service.
Nice place - definitely great for larger groups. It's not really a place to go to if you're really into food, quite overpriced for what you're getting - and the staff are pretty sloppy (forgot cutlery and bread!)

We happened on G Swensons while on a short trip to Torekov. One of the best meals in the most relaxed, idyllic setting I've ever had. The waiter brought us American menus and talked us through his favorites. My partner got the meatballs and me the fish of the day, cod. It was served with capers, beets, new potatoes, and a mustardy shaved topping served in a bed of oil. It was so good - well balanced, flavorful, satisfying. The meatballs were also fantastic. Latte to cap it off. We ate on the patio while watching child models crawl over the remains of an old church foundation while their gorgeous parents photographed them and ate ice cream. Would highly recommend.
Even at lunchtime everything is extremely well prepared, every portion has visible love put in it, just go there, you will love it. A bit pricey, but it's worth it.
