Getting out of bed to feel water under my feet was an uneasy feeling and I immediately knew that we had a problem. Being that I’ve never had a homeowner insurance claim before, I didn’t know how things were going to go. I did know to call Andrew Knox & Co. From the second I spoke to Chris A, my wife and I knew that we were in the best hands. Chris immediately came out the house and eased our minds that it was all going to work out and that he would be there every step of the way to ensure a positive outcome. After hearing the my insurance company was in the process of denying my claim due to pictures that they were seeing (no visit), Chris immediately called them and demanded a site visit. They were there the next day and agreed with Chris. Chris’s professionalism, courtesy and willingness to thoroughly explain every step was extremely comforting! Hopefully I never have to go through any of this again, but if I do, I will definitely not hesitate to call Chris and the Andrew Knox team.

Much appreciation to Chris at \AKC\. In July I had a galvanized pipe in the wall finally bust. Who knows how long it had been leaking and causing damage to my floating floor. Completely damaged and to the rescue was Chris Aldrich from Andrew K. Knox & Company in downtown Toms River. Chris became my independent insurance adjuster who work with my home owners insurance company. I can not say thank you enough to Chris for handling this claim. If it wasn't for him, I had no intention of filling a claim. I know have a brand new floor in my home. Completely satisfied and you will be too!
