I had a great experience during my service. I asked if I needed to pay my bill and they said no they would send it. A year later, I’ve still never received a bill, but they sent my bill to a collections agency. Never tried to call about the bill. Never sent a bill in the mail. Like what? And yes, I could have called when nothing came - but there was so much going on it slipped my mind. I figured the company RESPONSIBLE FOR BILLING would have contacted me. Ridiculous. Now I get another huge headache to deal with all this. **Update** I was able to contact the billing department and they had my address on file wrong. They told me it would be easier to pay the collections company. Situation taken care of but a headache...

Office staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Amanda and Renee were outstanding and really went out of their way to help me during issues with the billing department. If you have any issues will billing its a nightmare to deal with the billing department directly. I ended up calling the normal office and just paying things through them which was so much easier. Would rate 5 starts if it wasn't for issues from billing which is not the same office. Overall, my experience going here was 5/5 but the outsourced billing office was 1/5 and that's generous. Very hard to contact and apparently the people you really need to talk to if you have a problem have strange hours. It is important to say that the billing office is outsourced so its not the same location or people. Still waiting on the billing office to actually send me a statement.

They were able to schedule me in quickly, and the MRI itself went smoothly. Everything was great, my only issue was the results from the radiologist took slightly longer than they advertised (3 days) instead of 1-2 days like they said, but not a huge deal. Overall, I would recommend PDI.

Very poor customer service and the images aren't that great. The office staff lied about getting my billing information updated..... Just plain piss poor

I would highly recommend PDI of Toledo! I had an MRI there a couple months ago and they were very professional! From the staff to the accuracy of the MRI, the wait time and the cost, they are hands down the best in Toledo!!!
