I had been to a few different neurologists with my son… I find Dr. Nagel to be very kind and compassionate also a good listener… People on here are saying that he’s arrogant and I don’t get that at all… He was very nice and kind :-)

The wait times for Dr. Nagel's office are horrific, especially with a sick child. My son was very sick and several medications were tried. Nothing worked and the only diagnosis was migraines. I would say repeatedly that all of his symptoms aren't from migraines. Finally, my son got a correct diagnosis and treatment in Chicago. The doctor is kind and quiet, he just didn't ask the right questions or know enough about other neurological issues such as bacteria related ones. The practice is too busy!

Dr. Nagle and his nurses are great. Some of the staff that surrounds them though at times seem like they need more education. Or need to realize that as parents we are educated in what is wrong with our children.

Treated my infant child for the wrong diagnosis. To head strong to refer to another doctor when unsure of treatment. Gave him over a month to figure out what was going on with our daughter, couldn't even tell me what kind of seizures we were treating at the time. We wasted time and our daughters developement on him. Within one week at new doctor, on new medications, daughter making leaps and bounds on milestones and improving everyday. Its so nice to have our daughters smile back!(we had lost that for the entire time we were being treated for the wrong diagnosis with dr nagel) however his nurse is very nice!!

Good luck on getting test results or talking to an actual human being. This office is TERRIBLE.
