A real gem of a shop on the fylde coast. I have been using Frets for many years and have always been treated very fairly. Whether you buy just a set of strings or a high value guitar you are treated to the same courteous service. I recently purchased a Tokai Love Rock and couldn't be happier with the whole transaction. I visited the shop and chose from several guitars to get to the one that suited me. Very important when choosing a fairly expensive item. Neal is very knowledgeable and has the time and patience to help you through the options. They do stock some lower budget items but they have plenty of stunning high quality guitars in stock as well. Due to the location, the prices are keener than London and the south , which is were I would normally have to go to buy the items that I want. Frets will definitely have my continued custom..

Purchased a high end prs custom 24 30th anniversary from FGC a couple of weeks ago. This was a high value online purchase and involved a high level of trust between myself and Neil at FGC. I was delighted with the whole experience. I had a whole load of questions and clarification from Neil, who responded in a timely manner and supplied further detail and photographs for me. This were some very minor marks described to me which Neil remedied. Delivery was expedited to suit my availability, again handled with patience and diligence. The guitar wrapped to survive the worst that could be thrown at it. Perfectly set-up for me and just a beautiful looking and sounding guitar. I am very lucky to have found the PRS with such a honest and diligent guitar shop. I hope to visit when we return to normality. I would thoroughly recommend FGC, my customer experience has been exemplary, might take a while for the credit card to recover though but I have acquired a real keeper.

I bought a vintage Taylor 614ce from Neal and I cant be happier. The quality of the guitar is amazing! Neal is a very caring, honest and truly dedicated person that has in his store great quality products. I still cannot bealive how a 20 years old guitar can be in such great conditions. He took care of all the delivery process and was pending that the product would be totally safe from UK to Czech Republic. Also before sending it, he installed new strings, changed the tuners and did a complete check. When I received the guitar it was as new. 100% recommended, his store is a jewel of good quality guitars.

I've just purchased my new acoustic from Neal - buying blind was a little risk but I needn't have worried. Dealing with Neal was a pleasure and the price was very fair. Superb condition for a 15 year old guitar, fast delivery, excellent set-up and unbelievable sound. I would definitely recommend Frets!
