We brought our first caravan a few weeks ago from here and what a fantastic choice we made! We had been to a few caravan sales places and felt pressured to buy that day by the sales staff!!! Not here, we were welcomed by Mick and told all the caravans were open for us to look at, where the larger birth twin axels were which we wanted and he would be around if we needed further help! Me and my partner found a caravan we loved and Mick was brilliant and letting us know what was what, being first time caravan buyers we just didn't have much of a clue of what we would need. Very informative on all aspects, nothing was too much trouble. The caravan we had chosen didn't have a motor mover which we wanted but not a problem they fitted us one for a small cost. We also met Mark who again was fantastic, very knowledgeable and we genuinely felt that they cared about making sure the caravan and our caravan experience would be right for us before and after purchasing. Extremely happy with our purchase. I highly recommend, no pressure sales just a pair of genuine guys that know alot about caravans and want to help you. Thank you so much Mark and Mick for all your help and such a brilliant service.

Mark is incredible to deal with, he has helped me every step of the way. I have also watched all his videos on YouTube which has also helped me massively and I would urge you to watch them too! Highly recommended!

A little goldmine 'round the back'. How did we come to buy from here? Two reasons. The first was that they had the exact layout of caravan that we needed. And the second, the Google reviews. Did we make the right choice? Absolutely. Let's start with the emails before we visited them for the first time. I was very surprised to get responses from Mark well out of hours. There's the first star on my review rating. The first visit was easy. Here's the keys, help yourself. Second star! No pressure, very laid back and there to answer any and all questions, without telling you how good this is and that is. You decide, no pressure. That's exactly how it should be. Take all the time you like. Ask as many questions as you like. That in my mind is exactly how it should be. Third star was down to the way we were treated during the agreement phase. No pressure again. Relaxed, slow pace and clarity throughout. Fourth star was when I had a query about some 'standard equipment' that didn't appear to be with the caravan. It hadn't been provided to them by the previous owner. Tough luck mate? No. Not at all, They went above and beyond to find the locks I needed. How many retailers would bother to do that? I don't know. But they did this for us. The fifth star then was for the collection. Mick was so helpful. Such a nice chap. He was incredibly honest with us. I had to call with a query once we had the caravan home and he went and found the technician (Dan) who had worked on the caravan to get the answer. Sorted! Very happy. So, the sixth, seventh and eight star go to Mark, Mick and Dan. I did award 8 starts but there are only 5. Our experience with The caravan place was incredibly positive, incredibly easy and I am delighted that I bought from them. I trust them and I can't say that about many retailers. Happy-R-Us
