BOSE is one of the best brands that tries to assure the satisfaction of their costumers. but bose as a brand not the shop. UAE have high standers when it comes costumer satisfaction and when it comes to the representative they want just to gain money, it feels like buying from deira. I ve got a soundsport from Virgin and after a week I wanted to upgrad to the new ones and pay double and they said that they can't return and their high standers are met when the product is broken. WOW BOSE REPRESENTATIVE HAVE WARRENTY.

Bought my Bose QC35 three years ago. When I purchased it I know that I was paying premium for this brand, but didn't mind as have had good experience with similar high-end brands like Apple. However, high price does not always translate in good after-sales or customer-care. As other people commented on this brand, once the product is sold it is your 'responsibility' - which I can understand to some extent. My issue was the product stopped working. Right earphone had no sound coming out, the left one worked perfectly. Went to the shop to get it serviced/ repaired as I was pretty sure it would be an easy (hardware) fix. However, they do not offer any service. First they said it's a firmware issue, which I knew it's not as I have been updating it regularly via the app. Nevertheless, was hoping for a miracle that I have missed something. Sadly, didn't work. As last resort was hoping for a recommendation where they have Bose approved repair services. Sadly, again ... no recommendation. BUT, they offer 25% off a new product. Needless to say will never-ever buy any Bose product. Customer service was average, but helpful. Probably not trained properly or given the tools to have a good after-sales service.
I would give 5* for the great Personal helpnthat the sales associate gave as he took his time to explain to me a few things and listened to my less than great experience with Bose Malaysia... he convinced me tht I should consider sticking to Bose, as I am about to jump to Sony... 3* overall for the shop. But again, 5 for the Sales Associate that attended to me. Good job!

Poor customer service, unlike their peers in Dubai mall. I had my QC25 replaced for malfunctioning but I received an android cable instead of the iPhone cable. When I asked for a replacement they said we can’t help you.
Since I entered I had all the explainations I needed. Happy customer for the product but specially for the customer assistance that was supporting me after sales. Thanks guys.
