The staff here are the most caring and professional animal care givers I have met. I have had nothing but the best care for my animals. In the past two months alone they have shown great compassion and have seen my dogs promptly . I have nothing g but praise for all who work there.
Absolutely brilliant. While on holiday our dog needed a scan and found he needed an operation to remove a stone. Diane operated at 11:00 at night and updated us around 01:00 to tell us the news. She even slept on a camp bed in the kennels to look after him. If it hadn't been for her and Wood Vet Hospital in Gloucester we would have lost him. Forever grateful. Thank you Wayne Keniston
I have recently joined Crescent Vets. Sue and Diane were so helpful as I had received confusing info (elsewhere) about vaccines so they researched my query with the manufacturer and explained everything to me. They also provided a free puppy check and trimmed the fur around my puppy's eyes without me having to ask. I would highly recommend this practice - the staff are caring, knowledgeable, and professional
