I stayed for two nights at this guesthouse which is part of a traditional brewery. The staff is very friendly and of you like beer and authentic German food from the region this is a must visit. The rooms are basic but very modern. I would have given 5 stars but there were only two very soft pillows and the option of swapping them out didn't exist. I like to sit on the bed and watch TV sometimes but with the soft pillows and the hard headboard from the bed that's not really possible. The breakfast is traditional German but all the food items are of very high quality. For as long as you don't spend much time in the room I highly recommend this place.

An authentic Schwaben restaurant serving South German favourites like Käsespatzle, Maultauschen (filled pork dumplings), Schnitzel, Kutten (pork intestines) and others. They brew their own beer so it is worth to try it too. The restaurant staff is very experienced and friendly.
Had a very nice room there; usually very quiet and peaceful and the breakfast and lunch was great ;-)

Wo fange ich an? Für einen traditionellen Gasthof fand ich es sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Das Besteck hat Wappenmonogramm und auf den Tischen sind Stoffservietten was ich sehr schön finde. Das Bier wird in Steinkrügen serviert und war richtig schön süffig, sehr lecker. Das Essen war von der Vorspeise, Salat und Hauptgang einfach klasse. Ich habe schon sehr lange nicht mehr so gut bürgerlich gegessen! Hier beherrscht der Koch/Köchin ihr Handwerk und das hat mir richtig Spaß gemacht, ich war mehr als begeistert!!! Das freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal hat den Besuch noch abgerundet. Besten Dank für den kulinarischen Abend und viele Grüße in die Küche, ich werde euch sehr gerne weiter empfehlen und war natürlich nicht das letzte mal bei euch.
