Have had a range of fantastic instructors over the years for lots of different classes from beginners to intermediate to pre and post natal. Great dedicated team for pilates as well as sports massage and physio. Hello endorphins!

Great Reformer Pilates classes - in a convenient location. The staff are really friendly, and helpful, especially reception. I've found the beginners classes to be really good and still do give a workout when done correctly. am really enjoying learning the correct way to use the machines and the exercises.

turned up 8min late because it took me 20min to find a parking space. The receptionist was very unfriendly when she saw me and didn't allow me join the class by simply citing company policy. This was not clearly stated or communicated when I booked the class. The most frustrating thing was the receptionist's attitude, very cold and unhelpful. If the company has such policy it can at least allow people to rebook free of charge if not refund. If you dont want ppl to abuse the system, you can limit the times they can rebook.
