I had a very simple order that was met with some complications. Brian took my order twice because the first time I forgot my wallet but somehow he figured I would order a different item upon my return. Once I called in and let him and another female know the mistake not only did they put me on hold for a very simple mistake and had me repeat the situation. But they made it seem like it was my fault and projected the problem onto me. Saying that they confirmed my order had changed, which i didn’t recall, then blamed the issue on the headset. After I came back to store to switch out the wrong order, the music inside the store was blasting soo loud it was really no wonder why they got my order wrong in the first place. To the point where the attendant didn’t hear my request for a window case cinnamon roll when I was standing at the register. It didn’t help that she had no interest in greeting me or talking to me once she realized who I was. Not that she had an attitude at all but it was stand-offish considering she was fine talking to her co-workers while switching out the order. Personally as someone who has worked in food service, this experience was nothing short of a nightmare. This was suppose to be treat for myself after a long hard day and if anything it was the straw that broke the camels back.Had Brian or the other attendant been white I would easily have felt as if I were being treated with less concern due to my skin color. But at this point I don’t even think that is the case... this was just a bad situation made worse by bad customer service and a failure to care about people.

Have always loved the consistency of Schlosky's. Of course the creativity of a different type of sandwich. Not you Father's sub shop! The Tempe location has a great outdoor patio as well and the service is always on point. If you haven't tried it and you love sandwiches this place is a must try! And for all you vegetarians they are veg friendly!

Horrible service by manager. Store #1007. She was rude and didn't know how to communicate or understand our order (pizza). My husband and I left and will never return to this location. Ede M (manager) needs training on customer relations. The gal who helped us had better manners. Manager was holding a meeting with staff in dining area, everybody saw us walk in, we waited ten minutes for someone to take our order. Girl working the register didn't understand what were saying and neither did Ede, the manager. She raised her voice at me, when i stated we waited for a long time.Filed a complaint and I'm letting this go unnoticed. This location lost regular costumers. Sent an email to corporate and other outlets.

My wife and I ate here (dine-in) a little after 6pm on a Saturday night. Absolutely nobody in the restaurant, nobody in line, and maybe one car in the drive through. It took four transactions to get out order right (I think the gal taking our order was having a hard time hearing through our masks and the plexiglass. Nearly every available table (some where closed for COVID) was dirty. Overall not a good start to our dine-in experience. The food was great, just as it always is at Schlotzsky’s. My wife had the original and I had the pastrami stacker. We also had a few other items to go with our meal. Our total bill came out to about 30, which is not cheap (which is why we expect more from Schlotzsky’s over other fast food). The manager came over as we were finishing eating and comp’d us Cinnabons and apologized for the poor service and the dirty dinning area. We could have done without the Cinnabon’s, but we truly appreciated the gesture (and I love Cinnabon’s so I wasn’t about to turn it down). The manager really turned our dinning experience around and handled the situation perfectly. The manager (I wish I would have gotten her name) was professional and genuine. This was not our first time eating at this location and we will definitely continue to come back. Well done Ms Manager.

Its okay but they are ridiculous with the prices. Come on it's just ham and turkey. I wouldn't come here for prices I will go to a restaurant like famous Dave's or Chili's even Arby's. Like I said okay but not worth 10-15 for a combo.
