I called for information and Callam attended to me very professionally. He was very polite in every sense of the word. He presented as patient, gentle, calm, appropriate in the speech and listening skills are exceptional good. He will be sending out details about my requesting some of my pension. Lets see and I will keep you updated on the service as I can see all negative feedback

I've been subjected to the worst service. Incompetent handlers. Failed promise call back on numerous occasions. This company deserved a medal, a request to speak with the managing director has been suggested and arranged apparently. Weeks have passed and still no communication, maybe they as delayed as their wait time to get through. Hope they stick to their promises this time. Terribly ran organisation!

Complete shambles this company is. I get we are in a pandemic, however the level of service has been disgraceful. I requested for funds to be released over 2 months ago. They sent me forms to fill out and I sent back. Then more forms and sent back. I called numerous occasions and every time I spoke to different people who gave me conflicting information. I would never recommend this company to anyone. And even more importantly I'm still waiting.

Tried ringing to get more information several times and after being on hold for more than 40 mins managed to get through. I've also tried emailing customers department but had no reply. All of my concerns were answered eventually.
