I tried them and it was worth it! I don’t usually write reviews however I felt I should leave one for this. My Beats Solo 3 wireless headphones decided one day to just stop working well one of the speakers to be exact. It’s so annoying. You try resetting it yourself and resetting and you google 100s of ways to sort it. When you see on the Apple website that it’s 126 to fix out of warranty headphones and Curry’s selling them for 125 during Black Friday you’re like “I’m Better off buying a new pair”. Anyway, after searching online I came across this company and I was a bit sceptical at first. Not knowing where I’m sending my pricy headphones however I thought I would give it a try. I got the quote online first (35) and once sent in they stuck to that. (Plus a small return postage fee) all details listed on their site. My headphones came back very quickly and now I cannot stop using them. You can track the work on their online customer portal which I think is super basic and could do with some updating reminds me of a memory game where the lights blink up with different colours and you have to remember the sequence. Anyway to conclude, give it a try and save yourself money on your electronic goods.

Electronic Partners website is clear, uncluttered and easy to book in a repair. Their response and repairs estimate was prompt - within 24hrs. The booking was straightforward and a postage paid label was supplied. A tracking number for delivery and return was also supplied, so I was reassured knowing where my item was throughout the process. The turnaround on the repair took 3 days - discounting the Christmas break, and my item arrived back pronto, resulting in a new lease of life for an old favourite. Communication via email and website login was clear and accurate throughout the transaction. As online business goes, this must be up there with the best for customer service and satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service. I received regular email updates showing the status of my order which was reassuring. The cost of the repair & return postage was very reasonable. I also paid the additional 30 for express service as I needed my headphones back as soon as possible. They were sent, repaired & returned in less than a week and now work perfectly!

The repair shops near me refuse to take a look at my Beats Studio 3 wireless headphones which had a broken headband (hinges on one side were damaged). The cheapest quote I could find online (including Beats and Apple, as expected) was 150, which was extortionate as that is only a little less than what the headphones cost in the first place. Then I found Electronic Partners who offered a thoroughly professional service which made me feel like my headphones - which I use everyday for work and leisure - were in safe hands, and all for 50 (only 5 above the quote they gave me). It was posted back safely and all was done within 3 weeks. Excellent service!
