Called up last week and Jonathan, the heavier set gentlemen featured on the site answered my call. I rang up to enquire about their security services and was Spoken to like absolute garbage. In 10 years of this line of work in the construction business I have never been spoken to so patronisingly. Said I would send our requirements in out of politeness but absolutely will not be doing so. And this treatment came from the managing director of all people! Stay well clear. Appalling behaviour. Edit: In response to the below, highly interesting since when I first called I had no idea who the managing directors were, with Jonathan introducing himself to me after I asked who I was speaking to. After checking your website after the call, this information was indeed confirmed. I call from my business line, therefore I also record my calls. Therefore either Jonathan has an impersonator, or his holiday you're claiming he was on took place in Telford, with access to your 0800 number. Again, a poor effort at covering tracks. You had zero reviews before mine, which I knew as I'd looked into you the month before via Google, and conveniently a day or so later in the same week you now receive two high star reviews to cover your average. In future, treat people with respect, and you won't need to go through the effort to sweep it away.

Wether by donating financially , via a gift or promoting via social media I've visited the offices here in Telford many times, the staff are a great team & always happy to help, polite & friendly. I would & do recommend them at any opportunity & wish them every success for the future Would always feel safe & secure if CVS were guarding any event I run or attend
