I purchased my first car through them it was GMC Terrain, showing the car was good and customer was taken care well but had one drawback dealer didn’t explain me the buttons on the console and functionality. Could not get discounts or freebies for investing 23K on a car.I have seen my friends getting freebies when they made purchase through different showroom.
Jimmy was my service tech at the Taylor location in Michigan. This man was very informative and detailed and left nothing out. In addition to that he worked first hand with me and made me feel very comfortable and confident being a first time customer of the dealership. Going forward I will continue to utilize them for maintenance on my vehicle and refer family and friends. But I must add the women that answer the phone that transfer you are really rude.
Everyone was extremely friendly, Patrick K was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and pleasure to work with. Patrick kept me laughing, he never kept me waiting, and was always trying to help me get the car I wanted. He listens to his customers needs and wants.
