I have enjoyed my Riverford veg box delivery, from Patrick and the team, for quite a few years now. It’s always delivered on time with care, making sure that, if I’m not at home, it’s tucked away safely out of the sun or rain. The organic veg, fruit, milk, eggs etc are always fresh and taste so good that I won’t waste my time buying from anywhere else. If I have any queries these are always dealt with quickly and the website makes it really easy to change my orders if I need to. Highly recommended all round.

Absolutely awful, ordered 2 boxes of mince pies with my riverford box, and the mince pies had a soggy look to them, the outside of the packaging was wet, I took a bite and spat it out. They tasted like petrol, I am not sure how, but there must of been a canister of petrol that leaked on to it. I am paying good money for the service and food, so the absolute least the company could do is ensure that the food doesn't get spoilt whilst in transit. God knows what the other produce tastes like now.
