We have used Clark Willmott for the sale and purchase of our house along with the purchase of our daughter's flat. Their charges were explained at the beginning of the process. Paul and Grace were responsive to enquiries from both ourselves and third party solicitors. Support staff were always polite and attentive. Not planning on moving again, but would use them again.

My partner has left numerous messages to speak with an advisor as he can never get through. I've been present on all occasions of those messages left. No one has called him back and it was to discuss the payment option as he has lost his job and now it is past the date needed. Not impressed with the level of customer service.

This firm did the conveyancing on Mums house sale. Their state of unpreparedness almost jeopardised the sale. The Associate solicitor dealing with the sale was unprofessional, almost childish, meaning she was blind to the needs of her client and the chain below and above. I would not recommend them!
