All you can eat meat, ice cream, sodas, rice and vegetable salad. Staff speak limited English but they are ready for tourists, you're handed in instructions for how to cook the meat right at your table. Nice experience, nice flavor and good meat! We ended up going back the same day.

i'll start this off by say this review is based on these factors; it was my first time to one of these types of restaurants, i only speak english, and i was the only person there for the first 20 minutes after it opened. alright, with that out of the way: so, i ordered bibimbap, beef tongue, and a variety set that included a few veggies, some seafood, and 3 types of beef. i haven’t eaten at any other yakiniku resaurants here, so i’m not sure what a good value is supposed to be, but everything ended up costing me just over 6000yen. one of the cuts of meat wasn’t as tender as i was expecting, and had quite a bit of chew to it, but everything else was generally good in that regard. overall, the food was tastey and came out pretty quickly. the main reason i only gave this place 3 stars is that i sat there for 10 minutes before someone took my order. i assumed the guy who seated me was gonna take my order but it ended up being the guy behind the counter/bar. normally this wouldn’t be a big deal, but the counter is oddly high, and doesn’t really seem like you’re supposed to interact with anyone directly behind it. i’m a pretty tall guy and had to almost stand up all the way and point to what i wanted from the menu; a bit strange, but idk, maybe that’s the way it’s supposed to be done(?). i don't know if i'd go back to this particular place again, but the food itself wasn't terrible by any means. just the service seemed lacking given that it's sort of a higher-end dining experience. everywhere else i've been to in japan always has the staff checking up to make sure i'm not lost or need help. i felt almost unwanted at this one. there's a menu outside the entrance, so maybe check on the prices to see if it's worth it for you.

Fantastic restaurant, casual ambiance and great prices. Tabletop grill is some sort of drum with hot coals, rather than a gas grill - which provides better taste.
