i had a good experience with KT recycling today,,,,,,,,they trusted me to show up after a phone call,, and held two doors for me as i had to drive 100miles/2 HOURS to collect them, friendly staff,,,,,,i dealt with Trent,,,,,brilliant customer service,,, Many thanks guys!!!!

Awful service. I’ve been hanging around now for 2 days awaiting car pick up. Been told driver at my home whilst I am at home so demonstrably false. When I rang up to complain, I was told to go else where as they’re refusing to pick up. Awful company
