Beautiful scenery and lots to explore. One of the best places to visit! We loved it and I would recommended 100% if you just need a break, switch off from day to day madness and create lovely memories!

Great for dog walkers, runners and biker's. Nice long path around the lake. Expensive parking. Could do with a better cafe shop.

Great day out for the family! Only issues are that the play and water areas are closed, and the toilets are not the best. Beautiful lake, plenty of grassy space to picnic and a train ride well worth the 2 per person fee and more! Recommend bringing your own bird seed to feed ducks as they run out quickly at the ice-cream shop. Parking is 2 for 24 hours, so reasnoble for how long you can spend there

Great day out if the weather is good, summer time is great for family picnics and a lovely place to walk the dogs ..

This is a lovely place for air and exercise, there is plenty of paid parking. There is something for all, the lake, crazy golf, many paths, some wheelchair accessible. There is a small arboretum, not at it's best right now. There are plenty of seats and some pic nic tables. There is a toilet block although it wasn't open on our visit. Recommend.
