Do not use this service, the worst customer service I have come across! Turned up with around 20 bags of decent clothes that they refused to take. Even after discussing it with Paul on the phone before hand. Paul was not at the shop but a man who could not speak English. They wanted to go through every bag and pick out items they wanted. This is not the place for recycling your old clothes they will only take what they want. We then had to put all the heavy bags back in the van and find a different company. Do not waste your time!!

First time going into the Cash 4 Clothes shop today after previously going to charity shop, the staff were very helpful and polite. It’s nice to see happy staff in a work place, I will be returning to this shop in the future.
If you have clothes you want to get rid of then this a handy place to go, but you do only get 40p per kilo, so in other words a leather jacket in good condition will only get you about 60p as opposed to s on Ebay or Facebook marketplace. If you do go ensure the clothes are clean and tidy as the do check...
I dont normally go to this company. And i wont be again. Manners cost nothing he was very rude only polite thing he said was goodbye
Wish I could put no stars. Had a bag full off expensive clothes that were washed and in good nick. 3 gfys!!! Total joke no point going to them sell online better.
